1.     Improper use may cause fatal and injury case, read carefully the instruction and warning statements before use. This descender device should only be used by a person competent in its use.

2.     This device is for rescue purposes only, not for daily or frequently commercial operations, Never let children plays it as a toys, keep it away from reach of children.

3.     No any knot is permitted in the chain in use, untie the knot if it happens in the chain.

4.     The chain is not allowed to be bended in right and left directions.

5.     Prevent small item drops into the Speed reducer mechanism. Before use, gear up the speed reducer to the chain and do a pull down test a short distance (about 100mm), feel the friction from the device, smooth movement and steady sound means it can be normally used.

6.     Feel by hand the temperature of the Speed reducer, if it is very hot, must cool down the temperature before reuse it, can deep into water or oil for the cooling.

7.     Prohibited to let clothes, gloves or anything tie to the chain, Speed reducer will be stuck when crossing it.

8.     If the user is over 100kg, use 2 Speed reducers and they should be better aparted 15 cm or more.

9.     The Speed reducer should be returned to manufacturer checking after actual use for rescue, excluded the trial use or training.

10.  When carrying baby to descend, parents are suggested first to put on the body belt and then back the baby, gear up the Speed reducer to the chain, then descend, both hands are then free for tackling sudden event.

11.  If find Speed reducer been roasted, gear up the speed reducer to the chain and do a pull down test a short distance (about 200mm), feel the friction from the device, hear the steady sound and a smooth movement means Speed reducer can be normally used. Then check the lanyard and the body belt, if it turned hard and brittle, the whole device cannot be used.

12.  Don’t use the device if find any cutting opening in the lanyard and body belt.

13. The Speed reducer and chain are not allowed to be opened, modifying and or add- on, only manufacturer technician is allowed to open it for checking, repairing and doing maintenance job. Unauthorized opening the device may cause damage or mechanism failure and it may cause a fatal error.

14.  Make sure the Speed reducer safety plate is in locked position in any case of descent.

15.  Anchor hooks and expansion screws prepared in the packaging are well designed with adequate strength, in case not to use them, the new anchor point or any subject which must at least has loadability of 2500 kg.

16. After placing chain lanyard to the anchor hooks, pull it with your body weight and confirm the hooks and the screws are well secure in the wall.

17. Children before school, elderly not well movement, disable, mentally handicapped or someone whose does not know how to operate the device, must need helper to guide the usage.

18. Store it in dry condition, if there is any unusual finding, call to the company / agent you bought the device or directly contact to manufacturer.
